The short version
- Built and hosted in the EU. Your shop data and your customers' order data are hosted in the EU.
- Minimal collection. We store what is needed to run your shop — your account details, your products, and the orders your customers place. We do not sell data and we do not share it with advertisers.
- We never see card details. Card data is handled by Stripe, in your own Stripe account. It does not pass through Agora.
- Cookieless analytics. This marketing site uses self-hosted Umami — no third-party advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
- GDPR rights. You can export your data and have it erased. Cancelling your shop does not hold your catalogue or your orders hostage.
Who is the controller of your customers' data?
You are. When someone buys from your shop, you are the merchant and the data controller for that customer relationship; Agora is the software processing it on your behalf, and Stripe is your payment processor under your own Stripe agreement. This mirrors the commercial position: it is your shop, your customer and your money.
Full notice, coming. This page is a summary published while the full data- protection notice is finalised. It is accurate — it is just shorter than the final document will be.
